Take a Melbourne football tour and discover the excitement of Australian Rules Football in the city’s iconic sports precinct.
Perfect for sports lovers, curious travellers, and families alike, this tour begins with a behind-the-scenes visit to the world-famous Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG)—the heart of Australian sport. You’ll explore areas usually closed to the public, including the player change rooms, media zones and walkways steeped in footy history. Hear stories of AFL legends, pivotal moments, and the evolution of the game.
Next, step into a nearby park for a hands-on Aussie Rules session. Whether you want to kick, handball and mark the footy, or just understand the rules while holding a genuine Sherrin, this session is fun, relaxed and entirely optional. Activities are tailored for all ages and fitness levels, making this a great experience for families and first-timers. This Melbourne football tour is a relaxed, interactive way to explore Aussie sporting culture with a footy in hand.
Whether you’re a diehard AFL fan or brand new to the sport, our Melbourne football tour offers a unique way to connect with local culture and enjoy some active fun in a scenic setting.
