Below you’ll find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our Melbourne Day Tours. If after reading you still don’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch with us with your queries.
All tours that include alcohol, such as the Melbourne Hidden Bar tour, and tours with beer tasting or wine tasting are only available to guests over the age of 18. All other tours are suitable for guests 5 years and over. Younger children may be permitted after consultation about transport issues.
Private Melbourne tours can have any number. Public tours need a minimum of 4 guests for walking tours and 6 guests for bus tours to operate. The maximum number of guests on public tours is 10.
Every walking tour is different. The Hidden Bar tour is a block or two between each bar, whilst the Melbourne Sports Walk is around 5 kilometres. If you’re concerned, please contact us and we can discuss the distance of your tour with you, and possibly make some adjustments to accommodate you.
For bus tours we will pick up guests from, or close to, most city hotels. Public walking tours have a designated meeting point.
Most food allergies and restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
We try to provide accessible tours wherever possible. If you have mobility issues, please discuss these with us in advance so we can ensure we can meet your needs.
Our private tours are all customised to suit your group. You can stick with the same format as the regular tour, or you can add any number of changes or upgrades. We’ll work with you to design your perfect night. Because every tour is different, they are also priced differently. That way you’re not paying for anything you’re not getting and we can keep the price as low as possible for you. Contact us for a quote.
Most tours will operate in any weather, as long as it is considered safe.
